Though it was clear to me that Liz and Stephen were special from the first time I met them, I knew it was even beyond what I had thought as I listened to them being toasted by friends and family. The people most special to them talked about what a great team they would make, how strong they both are, and how they’ve both already made such an impact on the lives of others. So, surrounded by family and friends in a gorgeous vineyard ceremony, Liz and Stephen vowed to be a great team, to be strong as husband and wife, and to be together as they continued helping others. There were lots of laughs and tears of happiness throughout the day and it was my most sincere pleasure to be there to capture it all.
The day started at the super cool Marina Grand Resort in New Buffalo, Michigan where Liz and her ladies were getting ready:
And then we moved over to Willow Harbor Vineyard where Liz would step into her gorgeous dress.

And Stephen was over in the polo barn making sure everything was just right…
Liz and Stephen met for a first look and it was so neat to stand behind my camera and watch as they both talked about the day and grew more and more calm in each other’s presence.
One of my top favorites for sure. Love it!
After the ceremony, Liz and Stephen snuck away in a vintage Rolls-Royce and it made for some great captures!
I just love the excitement from their wedding party as they drove away!
Then we took some newlywed time back in the vineyard:
The skies that day were unimaginably gorgeous. Little pockets of clouds scattered below a gorgeous blue sky…just like a dream.

I had been looking forward to your wedding day from the very first time we met and it was SUCH an honor and a pleasure to be a small part of your day and to capture your emotions so you can relive them for years to come.
