Engagement sessions are one of my very favorite parts of working with a couple. While I often get a good sense of a couple’s personality at our initial meeting, it’s usually not until the engagement session that we can really talk more about their interests and who they are as people. I love taking that time to uncover interesting things and develop a perspective that will lead me into the wedding day.
So, meet Jennifer and Kevin! We met one evening last week at Quarton Lake in Birmingham – where they love to walk their two energetic pups you’ll meet in a minute – and had the opportunity to talk about their wedding, some travel plans and even a little about gardening. These two love to garden. In fact, Kevin proposed to Jennifer in a vegetable garden! So, I took the opportunity to pick their brains for advice about my new container garden…
