I had never seen a bride more off-the-wall geeked for their wedding than Erin. As soon as I met her that day, all I could see was her excitement and giggles and small little jumps in the air. She kept peeking out the door to see if she could lay her eyes on Jeff before the ceremony began. She was just plain beside herself excited. You couldn’t wipe the smile off of her face. Throughout the night, I learned that was Erin was one of the most enthusiastic people around. Her dad toasted to her, saying she came by it naturally. It was a day to celebrate and a day for unparalleled enthusiasm.
Thanks to Kevin, of Merimor Photography, for bringing me along! Here are a few of my favorites from the day:
The sky was very dramatic that day and I loved how it looked with the church.
It might look like Erin stopped smiling in the image on the right. She didn’t. If you look closely, you’ll see she’s still smiling with her gorgeous green eyes.
If one image could summarize the emotion of the day, it’d be the one on the left below. Erin, giddy with excitement. She may have even been jumping up and down in this one!
Glowing. Stunning. Radiant!
These little guys kept everyone laughing and were just too darn cute!
And this little beauty did a wonderful job passing out programs at the back of the church. I think a few people went back more than once just to look at that little smile!
Love, love, love…
The Troy Marriott was beautifully set for Erin and Jeff’s reception, right down to the light fixtures. I think I liked them a little. :D
Erin’s dad had the whole room in stitches as he toasted to the newlyweds. It was amazing to see so much of Erin’s personality in her dad!
And, after the toasts, The Jerry Ross Band kept the music going. They were jaw-droppingly (Yes, it’s a word. Yes, I made it up.) amazing and did a rendition of “Midnight Train to Georgia” that gave me goosebumps!
Erin and Jeff just glowed together throughout their whole first dance. And the rest of the people in the room just stood back and watched as they both made each other smile…
Congratulations, Erin and Jeff!
